Hangzhou Gelanfeng Nanotechnology Co., Ltd was established in 2011 as the first company focused on graphene and ZnO related industries in Zhejiang province in China. We specialize in providing solutions for high-quality graphene materials and equipments. Gelanfeng is the first company in China to develop large area monocrystalline graphene by cooperating with Nobel Prize winner Andre Geim Group. Now Gelanfeng is honored as the “Eagles Enterprises” company in Hangzhou, which was funded by Ministry of Science and Technology.

1. Micromechanical cleavage single-crystalline graphene
Properties:
- Better crystal quality than CVD-grown graphene
- Monocrystalline dimensionlarger than 100μm × 100μm
- Carriers Hall mobility generally higher than 10000 cm2/Vs
- Different layers of graphene are contained in the same sample
- D peak is invisible, indicating high crystal quality
2. CVD graphene
Properties:
- SLG, BLG and TLG can be provided
- Sample size can be customized
- Graphene can be provided on metal foil or other substrate
- centimeter-level single crystalline graphene can be provided in the future
